Happy to share that the special issue on »Best Reviewed Papers From IJCB 2020« has been published in the latest issue of the IEEE Transactions on Biometrics, Behavior, and Identity Science.
The special issue represents a collection of extended papers from the 2020 edition of the IEEE/IAPR International Joint Conference on Biometrics (IJCB) that received the highest reviewer ratings. The special issues was (guest) edited jointly by the IJCB 2020 Program Chairs, Nalini Ratha, Richa Singh and Vitomir Štruc, and the IJCB 2020 General Chairs Ioannis A. Kakadiaris, Jonathon P. Phillips and Mayank Vatsa.
